How Can You Become a NYCE Member?

To become a member of NYCE, simply fill out this brief membership application form. Membership levels are unlocked by earning points through various activities, thus encouraging each member to play an active role in their community. Each year, the total membership points are used to award each member with their membership certificate.

Activities that earn points include giving environmental talks at local schools, organising clean up campaigns and tree-planting days, collecting biodiversity data, attending webinars and training sessions, and much more!

Members that achieve the highest levels have proven themselves to be environmental champions that want to learn, pass on their knowledge and work for Namibia’s future.

Our membership is also open to Youth Organisations. Don’t miss out on this chance to strengthen your organisation’s reach and influence. Apply for membership today and become part of a dynamic community shaping the future of our youth.

Members can stand out from among other jobseekers by submitting their NYCE certificates to potential employers.

The NYCE website and social media platforms will showcase our members’ talents and ideas to a wider audience, thus providing exposure to potential employers and collaborators.

NYCE’s regular webinars by leaders in the environmental sector will introduce new possibilities and ideas for members that are charting their own careers in the environment.

Members become part of a supportive network of peers who can share ideas, knowledge, and experiences from their wide range of professional and cultural backgrounds.

NYCE members can participate in excursions to different parts of the country and learn about the work done by Namibian Chamber of Environment’s member organisations.
